I requested an estimate online & quickly received a call back. The job was discussed, the price agreed upon & schedule set. I received a confirmation text the day prior to the scheduled job which clearly showed the date, time, type of work etc to be completed. The day of the job no one came, and no one contacted me. I called & left a message 20 min after the appt window closed & never received a call back. This was just this past Saturday. For a company with so many 5 star reviews, this was not 5 star behavior in the least. Very disappointing.
